I love transmitting what I learn to others especially the small ones. I have 3 kids and a spicy wife.

I am Rafi, After the succes of my pastries in France, I dreamed to have my own bakery somewhere in Asia. When I landed in Bali, I know it would be there! This island, its people, its culture, the multicultural blend, the sun of course and its lifestyle really look like the paradise for me.
What's best for a baker to find local people with an artisan soul? I hope you will pass by enjoy our pastries  in our relax and friendly 4 shops throughout Bali.
I am the Founder, Director and the Executive Chef of my beloved Bakery.

I am Liana, General Manager of Monsieur Spoon. I am supposed to work 8hours a day but it is never the case, with more than 120 staffs texting me and whatsapping whenever they feel like, I just feel I have to be there for them 24hours a day! Monsieur Spoon is a beautiful family and  we do all our best to make everyone happy!
